Term Of Service

1. Introduction

Amineva Global provides professional services in field inspections, data collection/analysis, document preparation, advisory support, and opportunity facilitation. By accessing or using our platform, tools, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). These terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and our registered entity, the parent company operating the Amineva brand.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using Amineva’s digital systems, website, reports, or communication tools indicates your full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue using the service immediately.

3. Scope of Services

Amineva offers:

  • Field inspections and project verification

  • Digital and on-site data collection

  • Data processing and structured reporting

  • Advisory support and documentation services

  • Opportunity-oriented assistance (funding research, event/media accreditation, proposal support)

Services may evolve as needed to meet client requirements, including the integration of new technologies, tools, or operational approaches.

4. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to engage in contracts. Organizations, agencies, or teams using our services must guarantee that the individual engaging with Amineva Global has the authority to do so.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Use the platform lawfully

  • Not engage in activities that disrupt or compromise system security

  • Respect applicable regulations when submitting data or requesting services

  • Maintain confidentiality where required

6. Service Delivery

Amineva Global commits to delivering services professionally and within agreed timelines. However, delivery may depend on client cooperation, field conditions, resource availability, and third-party systems.

We reserve the right to adjust timelines or methodologies when necessary to ensure accuracy and quality.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

All data collected through our operations is handled with strict confidentiality.
We may collect:

  • Personal data provided by users

  • Field-based project data

  • Digital interaction logs

  • Uploaded documents and media

Data is used solely to provide and improve services. Amineva Global does not sell user data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Amineva Global, including:

  • reports

  • datasets

  • analysis documents

  • designs

  • written content

  • system-generated outputs

remain the intellectual property of our registered entity. unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement. Clients may use delivered materials for their intended project scope but may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership.

9. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are communicated prior to service commencement.

  • Payments must be made in the agreed format and timeline.

  • Delayed payments may lead to service suspension.

  • Refunds, when applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Fees cover both digital and manual operational efforts unless otherwise specified.

10. Limitations of Liability

Amineva Global shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages

  • loss of profits or opportunities

  • errors caused by third-party platforms

  • user-provided inaccurate information

  • events outside operational control (weather, system outages, restricted access, etc.)

All insights, data, or advice provided are based on available information and best practices at the time of delivery.

11. Service Modifications

Amineva Global reserves the right to modify, pause, enhance, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice, especially when upgrading system infrastructure or compliance standards.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • client documents

  • project data

  • reports

  • operational strategies

  • sensitive communications

Confidentiality holds even after the termination of services.

13. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Amineva may use third-party systems for:

  • project monitoring

  • cloud storage

  • digital communication

  • automation and reporting tools

We are not responsible for failures originating from these external systems.

14. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services by written notice.
Upon termination:

  • outstanding fees must be settled

  • ongoing tasks may be halted

  • delivered work remains the property of our registered entity.

  • sensitive data may be archived securely or deleted upon request

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which our registered entity operates.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, followed by arbitration or legal processes if necessary.

16. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
